Preorders included in any order will delay the order's fulfillment until production is complete. Please be aware that there may be differences between the sample/mockup images and the final product!

Each preorder product will have an estimated fulfillment time within its listing description. I will try my best to keep that updated and inform about potential delays on my socials!

Can I modify/cancel my order?
Please email me your order number and explain your situation! I will do my best to accommodate from there.

Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes will only be accepted if I have not created your shipping label yet. Please inform me asap, and I will invoice/refund you separately based on your new address.

My item arrived damaged - what should I do?
Damaged items during delivery are non-refundable. If any of your items arrive damaged, please contact me within the first week of arrival with photographic proof of the damage. I can offer a replacement if I have available stock. Redelivery will require an extra shipping-cost charge that I will invoice separately. 

My order had missing items - what should I do?
Please contact me with your order number and name of the missing item. If it's available, I will ship it out to you at no extra cost. If I have no stock, I can offer a refund or an exchange with another item of equal value.

My package got lost! 
Once a package is shipped and out of my hands, I am no longer responsible for it or any damages that may be inflicted during transit. 

Here are some steps you can take:
  • Contact your local post office if your package has been stuck in "transit" for several weeks/months.
  • If your package is claimed to be "delivered" but you still have not received it, contact your local post office to see if they are holding the package or check with your neighbors to see if they picked it up by mistake.
  • If all else fails, file a police report and send it to me. I will offer replacements in this case.
